Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us only for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

Our brand when working with print-on-demand suppliers is subject to complying with the Printful: Return Policy, so any claim for improperly printed, damaged or defective items must be filed within 30 days of receipt of the product. In the case of packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on the part of the supplier will be borne by you, as per their return policy. If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged products to support@printful.com, and once your case has been evaluated and approved, a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to you.

The default return address is that of our provider. When the returned item is received, an automatic email notification will be sent to you. For a better understanding of these policies in case of doubts, you can contact us at: support@dom3n3ch3s.us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, all depending on whether you choose to receive the funds, rather than an update to the product in question.  Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from receipt of your item to process your return. Rebates once approved may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
